Modern and bright 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a living room with a kitchen apartment situated on the ground level of this modern development in Marylebone.

The space

The property comprises an open plan living room with kitchen, one master double bedroom with and second double bedroom and two bathrooms. Further benefits include wood floors, 24 hour security and quiet aspect throughout.

Guests have two double bedrooms with modern furnishings including storage space. The kitchen includes a spacious refrigerator for you to keep your grocery shopping in, an oven, stove top, and all necessary cooking utensils. We also welcome our guests to use the washing machine and separate dryer if they wish to use so.

The neighbourhood

The apartment is superbly located moments from Baker Street underground station and within a few minutes walk to Marylebone High Street and the open spaces of Regent's Park. Rub shoulders with the stars at one of London's favorite attractions Madame Tussauds museum just 2 minutes from the apartment.

House rules

- Important Notes:
- Quiet hours are after 8 pm. Please, no noise.
- I wish to provide 24/7 check-ins. In order to do that I apply a £50 charge for arrival after 7:00 p.m.
- For safety reasons and due to past party problems with previous guests I require a photocopy of government-issued ID on the check-in; It is used only in the event of damages or party problems when I need to involve local authorities. All photocopies are deleted after check-out.
- Guest agrees to pay for the replacement of any missing, damaged and/or broken items.
For example cushions, artwork, kitchenware, linens, towels, new lock if keys lost.
- The internet is offered free of charge. In the unlikely event it is not working, or slow connection, I can't offer a refund. Internet speed and availability are out of my control.

Security Deposit - if you damage the home, you may be charged up to £200
