The check-in time in all apartments is from 3pm.
We have electronic locks for more security and flexibility for our guests.
You will find your key in this same link by pressing 'Door key' on the main screen.
Please remember that you have to pay the tourist tax to the city in order to activate the electronic key and access the apartment.
Access to your apartment
When reaching the address C/ Paseo San Juan 51, you will be able to open the street door with the electronic key / link.
Your apartment is on the fourth floor. You can go up with the stairs or elevator. Once on the fourth floor you will find a door, slide the button (Hall) to open, once inside the Hall you will see two doors, your apartment is the door on the right, here you will open by sliding the 'apartment' button on your electronic key.
The elevator has a weight limit of two people, it is very sensitive and if you exceed the limit you can stop halfway. Never exceed this limit for safety.
